Neuropolitical science

Neuropolitical has been rebuilt and expanded into 14 styles. The character set has been expanded to cover more languages and kerning has been rebuilt thanks to Chikako. The round tittle which never really fit with the rest of the font has been replaced by a rounded square. Neuropolitical Regular is still free for commercial use.
