What the free desktop license covers
This perpetual license covers one person’s commercial and non-commercial static design work. You can use the fonts for logos and branding, video and film, posters and advertising, packaging and product labels, social-media images, printed materials, presentations, and website graphics exported as images. Commercial PDFs are covered when the lettering has been converted to outlines or pixels and the PDF contains no font software.
When you may need another license
Technical uses that distribute or embed the font files require another license. This includes live webfonts, commercial electronic documents containing embedded fonts, mobile or desktop applications, video games, servers, online services, editable templates, devices, and products that contain the font files. Each additional person who needs to install or use a font should obtain their own authorized copy and license.
By downloading, installing, copying, or using the font software, you agree to the Typodermic Desktop EULA included with the download. If you do not agree, do not download, install, copy, or use the font software. If you are unsure whether a project is covered, read the licensing guide or contact Typodermic with the font name, style, and a short description of the intended use.
