It is possible to have a certain time period of exclusivity but I don’t make perpetually exclusive fonts. However, you can request exclusivity for fonts modified by Ascender Corp.

When you're dealing with Ascender Corporation, you're going to be working on a new agreement between you and them. The terms of my standard license agreement do not apply.
