The name Steelfish Rounded is self explanatory if you’re already familiar with Steelfish. Fonts with little rounded corners are always labor intensive. It would be nice if there was a magical “make font rounded” button that took care everything but that’s sadly not the case. Probably only other type designers will understand my whining but rounded fonts involve thousands and thousands of tiny overshoots and wrestling stubborn Bezier handles on integers. No fun to make. Despite the pain of creating it, functionally it’s just Steelfish with rounded ends. Since I’d recently finished updating Steelfish with Cyrillic, Greek, Vietnamese and more, Steelfish Rounded has all of that too in five weights with a free Bold. Find out more here.
